Why am I looking at boots?

I don't need them. I have 3 pairs. The latest, a wanted for 2 years, may as well splurge because they will last a lifetime pair I bought last year.

Now I am looking at some that are 5x the price.

That I don't need, and certainly can't afford.

Sigh.
