	My recommendation? Don't get a positive thinking ebook. Instead, get Constructive Living by David Reynolds. It is the opposite of positive thinking, it is reality-based thinking. 
 
 
	The Antidote is a great book that will explain the pitfalls of focusing on positive thinking.
